Imprint will be showcasing three excellent new products to compliment and further enhance their MIS system for IPEX.
On-line Estimating
This is a true estimating system, not just a pricing module unlike most of the other on-line systems. The benefit of this is that your prices reflect the advantages of your actual plant against the type of work, not just a price list marked up or down in vague hope you will be more competitive than another printer using the same system. The Imprint system can either instantly return prices to your customer, or send an e-mail quote either directly to a customer, or via a Sales Director who can check the pricing before transmission, thus controlling your sales effort. This can be decided according to customer or by value of the job, etc.
Imprint Gateway System
The Gateway system is a fully featured version of Imprint for the SME digital and offset printer, providing the full gamut of features required to run your print-shop. Auto - estimating, Works Tickets, Purchasing, Delivery invoicing and integrated reporting to provide your staff with the tools they need and you with the control over the system. We've provided all the tools in these modules so you can run your business the way you want controlling your estimating rates and work-flow, adding consistency to production.
Gateway is an affordable system for giving rapid turnaround. Not a dumbed down system, in fact quite the reverse including automated estimating by using full feature modules it can grow as your requirements do, even to on-line services.
Data Extraction and Reporting
Need a report? Don't have SQL or report writing skills? Then no problem, MyData has been designed with the printer in mind. No overly complicated set-up, simply choose the fields, for example job number, customer name, title value and status. Type in the filter(s) you need "Delivered", press go and the system returns a list of all delivered jobs. As easy as that!! - and the best bit … it works in real-time, so as the jobs/estimates/customers change, so do the reports, providing your staff with the data to run your departments and YOU with the data to run your business.
