The Imprint Windows Document Generator is a Graphic Processor written to integrate with all Imprint modules.

It is this one program that makes the Imprint System so easy to manage and so flexible to develop and control in the future. Once you learn to design the first document then you will have learned how to manage the documents for the entire system.

A set of common standards is included with each installation.

  • Many jobs merging into one format (e.g. many Estimates in one letter, many Jobs on one invoice).
  • Creation of template sentences and blocks of text for selection within Estimating, Works Instructions, Purchase Orders, Delivery notes, Invoices, etc.
  • Built in graphics for Bar Graphs, Line Graphs and Pie Charts seamlessly linked to figures produced from the Imprint Report Generator.
