The estimating and order booking
systems can integrate with web based forms to ensure
that you are open to
your
customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The customer
fills in a form on your web site and the contents are
sent to the Imprint system
and presented to your account executives for checking
before being converted into an estimate
or live order. As different
customer’s requirements are
variable it is possible to create specific web forms
to tailor the system on
a customer by customer basis. Password protection of
customer areas prevents false entries from being entered. Any
Imprint generated report can be published to the web
exactly as they are viewed within the Imprint system.
And
it’s easy. No need to be a database specialist.
No need to understand complicated web design commands.
Simply select “Publish” instead
of “Print” and
your web site will be updated automatically. Again
private areas can be created to
allow for specific customers needs. Internal reports
can be published to a private intranet area of your
web site no
matter where you are in the world, find any computer
with an Internet browser and log on to check how the
company
is performing.
Full interactive web sites can also be created if required.

EDI
Sales orders can be received by EDI and delivery advice
notes, purchase orders and invoices can be sent via
EDI. All integrate seamlessly with the Imprint system.
Email
Quotations, order acknowledgements,
purchase orders, reports and in fact any Imprint document
can
be sent as an email. Incoming emails can be interrogated and
converted into estimate enquiries or orders if
appropriate.
Emails can
be sent as plain text or graphic documents on
a customer by customer basis to allow for the
different
email
systems
available - one good way to lose a potential
customer is to send them their first quotation
in a format
they can’t read.
Automated Reporting
All of the communications systems benefit from
Imprint’s
automated report scheduling system. You state
when you want a
report created and place it as an item in
the schedule and then leave it for
the system
to
produce
when required.
The report will be created and distributed
via email, web, printer or whatever communication
system you
select. Scheduled
items can be set by time period (e.g. every
hour), for certain times in the
day or
for certain
days of the week
or month. This is especially useful for month
end management reports. Web reports for customers
may be sent on
a timed basis, updating a web site, transmitting
a fax
or email, giving
your
customer that ‘live feel’, but
without them actually accessing your system.
