Imprint Estimating is the oldest surviving computer estimating system in the country. With over 25 years of constant development, today’s versions are the most comprehensive, versatile, accurate and popular systems. There are no frills or gimmicks. They are logical, easy to follow, simple to use, yet can handle, within a single estimate, any complex task a printer can invent.

Template/standard estimates. Any existing estimate may be converted into a template. Any estimate may be usedand amended for another while still retaining the original.
Estimating is fully automatic in all possible fields. The operator may overwrite the responses.
Upload and download for remote users on laptops.
Total control over the production rates in all departments.
Rates files may be split for Labour, Direct Overheads and Indirect Overheads.
Multiple rates files may run from the same system, e.g. the old rates and the new rates.
Old estimates recalled are automatically checked against the new rates.
Warnings when unlikely or silly responses are entered, e.g. pagination is too large/small for the machine or papers elected.

‘Quick’ Estimating

A new and highly effective price scale system that holds the cost rates, time rates, click rates, and production methods to support the sell prices. Ideal for any company working from a scale of prices. This is the fastest and easiest method of producing quotations and it requires the least amount of skill from an operator.
