We are excited to announce that our new Automation Engine integration is now live and available to all Imprint customers. This powerful new capability creates a seamless bridge between your Imprint MIS and leading prepress workflow systems.
The integration eliminates the need for manual re-keying of job specifications into prepress systems. When an order is confirmed in Imprint, job details — including dimensions, colours, substrate, finishing requirements, and file references — are automatically transmitted to your prepress workflow.
Key features of the new integration include:
- Automatic job ticket generation from Imprint order data
- Bi-directional status updates between MIS and prepress
- Preflight report integration back into Imprint job records
- Support for JDF/JMF protocols and REST API connections
- Compatible with major prepress systems including Esko, Enfocus, and Callas
